- `get\_menu`: Detailed saved menu evidence, twelve dietary labels, provenance, freshness and explicit unknowns. Requires a developer API key or a consented OAuth connection in the Authorization header. Each call uses one trial or paid request. Follow pagination even when filtered pages are empty.
