- `search\_papers`: Search the NobleBlocks paper index by keyword relevance. Returns up to \`limit\` papers with title, authors, year, journal, DOI, citation count, an abstract excerpt and a NobleBlocks link. Use get\_paper with a result's \`id\` for full metadata, or get\_citation to cite it.
- `get\_paper`: Get full metadata for one paper: authors, journal, volume/issue/pages, DOI, PMID, ARK \(when the paper has a confirmed NobleID\), citation count, abstract and links.
- `get\_citation`: Format a citation for one paper as BibTeX, RIS or APA 7. The URL is the paper's NobleID ARK link when it has a confirmed one, else its DOI link. DOIs known to be unreliable are left out rather than guessed.
