- `list\_cities`: List the bike-share cities Cycle Tracker covers, with their ids \(used by every other tool\) and map coordinates.
- `get\_network\_status`: Live network totals for a city: bikes available, e-bikes, active stations, bikes docked at stations. Data refreshes every 10 minutes.
- `find\_stations`: Find bike stations in a city with live availability. Filter by a name search and/or sort by distance from a coordinate \(results then include distance\_km\). Without lat/lon, results are sorted by most bikes available.
