- `list\_indices`: List all public FLOPS compute-price indices. Returns \{count, indices\[\]\} where each row is \{index\_id, family, value, unit, as\_of, confidence, change\_24h, delayed\}. Use this to discover available indices before calling get\_price or verify. No auth required.
