- `get\_latest\_rates`: Get the latest aggregated exchange rates for a base asset \(crypto or fiat\) against one or more quote currencies, including 24h percent change. Rates are aggregated by median across multiple sources \(Binance, Kraken, Coinbase, OKX, Bybit, WhiteBIT, NBU, ECB and others\).
