- `find\_restaurants`: The restaurants critics agree on in a US city \(Michelin, Eater 38, The Infatuation\), with vibe tags \(fancy/chill, quiet/loud, quick/long, classic/new\). Use the returned ids with create\_restaurant\_vote.
