- `law.search`: Searches US federal, state, and municipal law by topic or keyword \(legality, permits, zoning, licensing, compliance, filing requirements\). Returns ranked provisions with verbatim citations, headings, snippets, and node ids. \`jurisdiction\` limits results to one state, federal law, or a city.
