1. Who these terms cover

Anyone who reads this website or uses its machine API. Server owners: your listing is governed by the Charter, not by these terms.

2. Registry data

Server names, descriptions and other data from the Official MCP Registry are public domain (CC0). Use them freely. These terms add no conditions to them.

3. Our measurements

Check results, check success, response times, lookups, categories, rank scores, declared-risk summaries, pattern notices and change records are produced by MCP Station. You may use and quote them, including commercially, if you credit "MCP Station (mcpstation.net)" where they appear and link to the server page or to https://mcpstation.net when you can.

4. Fair use

Do not: (a) republish our measurements in bulk as a substitute for this site or its API, for example as a mirror or as a directory fed by our data; (b) collect our daily measurements over time to build a history archive; (c) spread requests over many addresses or identities to get around limits or counting. Normal use by an application or agent, including caching for your own use, is fine.

5. Paid services

Some reader services (measurement history, lookup statistics beyond 30 days, heavy machine use, alerts) may be paid. They are offered to everyone on the same terms and never change order, visibility or how a server is measured. Any such change is announced in advance.

6. No warranty

Measurements show what we observed at the time of each check. They are not a security guarantee. Descriptions and tool descriptions are written by publishers and servers and are not verified. Evaluate every server before you connect to it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made with this data.

7. Changes and contact
